I walked into the salon with no idea about what I wanted to do and walked out absolutely loving my new look. It is so fresh and beautiful but subtle and natural. Sydney helped guide me through my options and walk me through the process. She explained the different techniques she could use and why she would be using foils over other options. She really took the time to make sure I understood her process. She also took the time to listen to my concerns and to help me decide what I really wanted. I sincerely appreciated the love and attention she showed my hair. The salon was incredibly clean, and super chic. You can tell Sydney takes immense pride in her business.  Sydney herself was extremely professional and courteous but also sociable and fun. It was such a pleasant experience because she not only talked me through the whole process of my hair but we also just chatted about life to pass the time. Not that awkward silence between us. I have to say, if you’re reading this, I promise this is an unbiased review — I was desperately in need of a cut and color and picked Sydney off of my Instagram timeline and cold messaged her for an appointment.
